What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone and a hashed password.
• Orders: what you bought, the delivery address and phone number.
• Technical data: IP address and browser, kept in security logs to protect accounts.

Who sees it

A shop sees only the parcels it sends: your name, phone number and delivery address, so it can deliver. Shops never see your email, your other orders or your account. Eyeport Nepal staff can see orders to resolve problems, and every staff action is logged.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not use tracking cookies. The site sets a sign-in cookie and a cookie that remembers your bag.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
