Who you are buying from

Eyeport Nepal is a marketplace. Each product is sold and delivered by the shop named on the product page, and that shop is responsible for the product, its description and its delivery. We run the platform, approve shops and help resolve problems.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Nepali rupees and include VAT where the shop is VAT-registered. You pay cash on delivery. If a price changes between adding an item to your bag and checking out, you will see the new price before you place the order.

Medical information

Product information is not medical advice. Buy prescription items according to a current prescription from a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist.

Cancellations and returns

See the returns page. Shops may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable; you will not be charged.
