Delivery
Each shop delivers its own items, so an order from two shops arrives as two parcels.
| Where | Charge per shop | Usually arrives |
|---|---|---|
| Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur | Rs 150 | 1–2 days |
| Rest of Nepal | Rs 250 | 3–6 days |
Delivery is free when you spend Rs 5,000 or more with one shop.
Paying
Every order is cash on delivery. Pay for each parcel when it arrives; the amount for each shop is on your order page.
Prescription lenses
Lenses that the shop fits into a frame take longer, usually 3–7 working days before dispatch. The shop will contact you for your prescription.
