Fit and size

The numbers on the inside of a frame you already own (for example 52□18-140) are lens width, bridge and temple. Compare them with these. Frame size guide

Frame measurementsLens width 55 mm, bridge 18 mm, temple length 140 mm, lens height 40 mm, total frame width 142 mm.A · 55 mmB · 18 mmD · 40 mmE · 142 mmC · 140 mm

A Lens width — across one lens at its widest point.

B Bridge — the gap between the lenses that sits on your nose.

C Temple — the arm, from hinge to tip.

D Lens height — top to bottom of one lens.

E Frame width — the whole front, hinge to hinge. Compare it with a pair that already fits you; within 3 mm is usually comfortable.
